Maris Fiducia Norway
Maris Fiducia Norway AS (MFN AS) is a Norwegian company established in 2024, owned 100% by Maris Fiducia BV (MF BV) in the Netherlands. MFN AS will build and operate 10 new hydrogen-powered dry cargo ships, each 6000 DWT. Five of these will be built and put into operation here in the project. The last five in a subsequent project.

Cooperation on Shipmanagement with Nordic Group Hamburg now called Q-SETM Holding BV. The new Company situated in the Waalhaven, Rotterdam(NL).exist out of the following three management company’s:
South End Tanker Management
South End Tanker Management is a young and dynamic tanker company that provides ship management services to the maritime industry. At the moment, our fleet consists of 9 chemical tankers which are capable of carrying a wide range of chemicals and oils, mostly vegetable oils.
Technical management, vetting and quality management, purchasing and crewing are the services we offer to our ships. Our services are managed with the best expertise as we want to meet our customers' high demands.
The trading area is Northwest Europe: North Sea, Baltic Sea, Black Sea and Mediterranean Sea but also across Atlantic, North- and South America.
Our aim is to deliver full satisfaction to our clients and become a significant player in the maritime industry.

Q-Shipping
Q-Shipping provide ship management services for vessel type such as dry-cargo vessels, tankers, Ro-Ro vessels, container vessels, off-shore vessels,
sea-going contractor material and commercial yachts. Services are offered in complete management packages or individual modules, tailor-made
to fit to customer' needs. Q-Shipping is very flexible when it comes to services for short- and long-term opportunities. Our typical range of clients consists out of
industrial shipping, ship investors, financial institutes, yacht owners and captain-owners. Our main philosophy is to stay focused on our core-business to let our clients focus on theirs. For this obvious reason we are active on the OPEX-side of ship owners. Often heard compliments from our clients are related to
commitment, transparency, expertise and our pro-active approach to ad-hoc situations.
Q-Shipping has also experience and up to date knowledge in ship management, (Dutch) tonnage tax options and/or other ship-owning related subjects.
